Refund policy

1. Our Promise

We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, we'll make it right. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with easy returns and refunds.

2. What Products Can Be Returned

Eligible for return:

  • All canvas wall art in new, unused condition with original packaging

Not eligible for return:

  • Final sale and clearance items
  • Personalized and custom-commissioned artwork

3. Return Timeframe

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, sales are final.

4. Item Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition
  • Be in their original packaging
  • Not have been hung, installed, or mounted
  • Include all original inserts — hanging hardware, certificate of authenticity (when applicable), and any care cards

5. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email cs@noirci.studio within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return and the reason
  • Photos of the item if it arrived damaged or incorrect

Once approved, we'll send return instructions and the return address. Items shipped back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Damaged, defective, or wrong-item-shipped: We cover return shipping and send you a prepaid label.

Change of mind, wrong size, or any other reason: The customer is responsible for return shipping and for packaging the artwork safely for transit. Typical return shipping costs around $20 USD via standard carriers.

7. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days or less.

Exchanges: Exchanges are available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only. We'll ship a free replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an exchange.

For change-of-mind or wrong-size situations, please initiate a return and place a new order for the correct item.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee is deducted from the refund on change-of-mind returns. Returns for damaged, defective, or wrong-item-shipped issues are exempt from the restocking fee.

Partial Returns: You don't have to send back an entire order to receive a refund on individual items. Partial returns are welcome.
