Shipping policy

Standard shipping is free on every order to the United States - no minimums, no codes.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. boxes
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands)
  • International addresses, we currently ship to the United States only

2. Handling Time

Orders are processed within:

  • Standard processing: 2 to 3 business days
  • Priority processing: 1 business day (a paid processing upgrade selected at checkout)

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery time after your order is shipped:

  • Standard: 4 to 8 business days from order to door (2–3 day processing + 2–5 day transit)
  • Priority: 3 to 6 business days from order to door (1 day processing + 2–5 day transit)

Delivery times may vary based on your location and the carrier assigned to your order.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free
  • Priority Processing: Additional charge determined at checkout. Priority processing speeds up handling to 1 business day. It is a faster-handling upgrade, not a change to shipping transit speed. Standard shipping remains free.

5. Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier and service are chosen based on your address and the size of your order. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We are also unable to ship to:

  • P.O. boxes
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • U.S. territories

Where Your Order Ships From

Every print is made-to-order and shipped from one of our three U.S. fulfillment centers for the quickest transit time to you:

  • Anaheim, California
  • Louisville, Kentucky
  • Plano, Texas

One Package Per Order

Even when you order multiple items, your full order ships together in a single package.

Lost in Transit

If tracking shows your package as lost, we'll reprint and reship a free replacement. Just email cs@noirci.studio with your order number and details, and it will be reviewed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Art is fragile and we take every precaution. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email cs@noirci.studio within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the damage (including the packaging). We'll ship a replacement immediately at no cost. After 72 hours, no refund or replacement.
