Noirci Studio exists to protect artists' authorship. That protection has to extend to everyone's work, not just the work we sell. If you believe content on this site infringes a copyright you own or represent, tell us and we'll act on it.
Reporting a copyright concern
Email copyright@noirci.studio with the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed
- The URL on noirci.studio where the allegedly infringing material appears
- Your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
What happens next
We acknowledge complete notices within 3 business days and resolve them within 10 business days. If we remove or disable material, we notify the artist or party who posted it. Incomplete notices get a reply explaining what's missing.
For our artists
Every Noirci Studio artist signs an originality commitment: the work they submit is their own. If you believe another platform or seller is infringing work you created for Noirci Studio, contact us at the same address. We'll support takedown efforts on your behalf.
